Returns Window
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.
Unwanted items must be returned by post, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Item Received?

Include:
• Photos of what you received
• The product you were expecting
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can resolve it quickly.
Proof of Postage
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item.
This can be requested at your local post office.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process returns that are lost in transit without proof of postage.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
• CDs or Vinyl with the seal broken

Return Shipping Costs
Unwanted orders must be returned at the customer’s expense.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@landoproductions.com before returning it.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to recharge the item cost and recover associated fees.
Refund Times
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return, though please allow up to 14 days for full processing.
Once refunded, funds should appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
